baby, it's cold outside.

Sheesh, it's freezing out. I'm an Alaskan girl but frik, I can't take that bitter wind that makes your nostril hairs freeze and your lips unable to move.

Started my Christmas journal/scrapbook. I pledge to do a page a day from December 1st through the 31st. I will only used scraps, and try to use up what Christmas papers and embellies I already have. I will not go out and buy anything new stuff and I want to put in all my remnant of that day.

Here's day 1. I've never been able to throw away cards that are given to me so now I cut them up and use them in layouts or stick them in my everyday journal.
Day 2. The start of 365 days of self portraits.
Another from day 2. My first batch of Christmas cookies. And everyone did give me a hard time about the snowman bags. It wasn't like it was hard to stick a couple of cookies in a bag and set them on a tray. They looked cute and I was proud of myself. My coworkers are just a bunch of buttheads anyway.

I stuck the recipe on the back and made notes for next time.

Oh, I had a question on what that thing was on my banner. I don't know the exact name of it but I picked it up at a garage sale. I think it's meant to hold miniature things.
